Sales and Service Tax (“SST”) Notice

Impact on AIA PRS fees and charges due to the SST expansion on financial services with effective from 1 October 2025

e-Invoices from AIA Pension and Asset Management Sdn. Bhd.

In line with LHDN’s initiative, AIA Pension and Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. (“APAM”) along with The Funds under management (“The Funds”) will issue e-Invoices in stages, for all transactions executed from 1st July 2025, in accordance with LHDN’s implementation timeline. You will receive the e-Invoice from noreply.einvoice@aia.com

AIA PRS Client Profiling Form

As part of our responsibility to ensure fair dealings, appropriate response and support to all clients, and in particularly for Vulnerable Client (“VC”), a new Client Profiling Form (“CPF”) will be implemented effective 5 May 2025 as an avenue to assess the client’s vulnerability.
