AIA PRS Client Profiling Form

As part of our responsibility to ensure fair dealings, appropriate response and support to all clients, and in particularly for Vulnerable Client (“VC”), a new Client Profiling Form (“CPF”) will be implemented effective 5 May 2025 as an avenue to assess the client’s vulnerability.

Please take note of the following:

• The questionnaire in respect of client vulnerability in the CPF is mandatory and must be completed by client for BOTH new PRS enrolment and top up.
• PRS Consultants are also required to give their assessment on the client vulnerability status based on the engagement with the clients.
• The CPF is to be submitted along with the PRS Account Opening Form.
• The CPF is also mandatory and to be completed for PRS Fund Switching and Transfer In cases from other PRS Providers.
