Deutsche Trustees Malaysia Berhad (“DTMB”) was incorporated in Malaysia on 22 February 2007 and commenced business in May 2007. DTMB is registered as trust company under the Trust Companies Act 1949, with its registered office and business address at Level 20, Menara IMC, 8 Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur.

AIA Pension and Asset Management Sdn.Bhd. (“APAM”) has appointed DTMB to provide fund accounting and net asset valuation service for the Private Retirement Scheme (“PRS”) Funds. The scope of services includes, amongst others, the maintenance of financial books and records, reconciliation of ledgers and computation of the net asset value for the PRS funds. DTMB is supported by Deutsche Investor Services Private Limited (“DISPL”) in India, a 100% Deutsche Bank owned legal subsidiary. 

KFin Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“KFin”) was incorporated on 8 March 2016 . KFin is a leading provider of registrar and transfer agency services in Malaysia KFIN’s registered office is located at Suite 6.2, Level 6, Menara IMC, No. 8 Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur.

APAM has delegated the investor services to KFIN to function as the register and transfer agent for the funds. KFin’s roles and duties include maintaining the register of unit holders, transaction processing, conducting reconciliation and preparing relevant communication to investors.
