Our Code of Conduct provides clear guidance on how to conduct business at all times and applies to all AIA officers and employees. Our business partners, including agents, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, distribution partners, and others who act on behalf of AIA are required to apply the same standards and follow the same responsible practices as our employees.
