IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT

As part of our responsibility to ensure fair dealings, appropriate response and support to all clients, and in particularly for Vulnerable Client (VC), a CLIENT PROFILING FORM (CPF) will be made mandatory effective 5 May 2025.

Please take note of the following:

• The CPF is be completed by client for BOTH new PRS enrolment and top up.
• The CPF is to be submitted along with the PRS Account Opening Form, and applicable for any PRS Fund Switching and Transfer In cases from other PRS Providers.
